These conditions will be clearly stated in the product description. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. Returns or refunds are only allowed if the product is severely damaged or completely unusable.

  2. Refund Eligibility:
    Refunds are only accepted for severe damage or when the product is completely unusable. Minor defects, cosmetic damage, or packaging issues for clearance products do not qualify for a refund or return.

  3. Refund Request Timeframe:
    Refund or return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Any requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

  4. Condition of Returned Goods:
    All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused. We will not accept returns or refunds if the product has been used or damaged (unless noted as a defect in the product description).

    If your refund request is approved (based on severe damage or usability issues), the refund will be processed to your original payment method, usually via bank transfer.
