DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Order Processing & Payment

• Orders and payments must be completed on the same day to ensure processing and delivery on the next business day.
• If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to offer a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.

Packing and Processing Time

• We process and pack all orders within 1-3 business days.
• Please note, we do not ship parcels on Saturdays and Sundays.

Courier Delivery Time

• Peninsular Malaysia: Delivery takes 1-3 business days.
• Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan: Delivery takes 2-5 business days.

General Delivery Days

• Ninja Van: Monday – Friday
• J&T Express: Monday – Friday
• BEST Express: Monday – Friday

Orders shipped within Peninsular Malaysia are often delivered much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. Most orders to Peninsular Malaysia can be expected to arrive within 2-5 business days.

Order Changes or Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. We will accommodate changes or cancellations as long as the goods have not yet been shipped.

International Shipping
We also offer international shipping to various destinations. Please email us for a quote on international shipping fees.

Courier Company & Shipping Charges
We partner with BEST Express, J&T, and Ninja Van for all deliveries. The postage charges are as follows:

• Peninsular Malaysia:
  • 1kg to 5kg: RM10.00
  • Additional 1kg: RM1.50
