• By purchasing clearance items, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor defects, outdated packaging, or other stated conditions.

No Refunds or Returns:

• All sales of clearance items are final.
• Clearance items are sold “as-is” and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they have major functional defects (e.g., non-working items).
• Claims for functional defects must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product and accompanied by photographic evidence.

Seller’s Clearance Agreement:

• Sellers providing items for clearance must ensure products comply with legal regulations and are not prohibited or counterfeit.
• By submitting goods for clearance, sellers authorize Lelong Shop to list, price, and sell the products on their behalf.
